FAQ

How high can the containers be filled?

Containers can only be filled neatly to water level.  There can be nothing sticking above the top or out to the side of the container.  This is for your, our drivers and other motorists safety.

Where can the container be placed?

The container must be placed on a hard level surface that can be accessed safely by a 30-40 foot truck.  The truck needs 12 feet in width and 17 feet in height to get into the location.

How much room do I need to place the container?

To fit the truck, the container, and exit the location you need 60-75 feet of straight level access, and it must be 10-12 feet wide.

What can go into the container?

Any non-hazardous or non-special construction & demolition debris.  General household waste and cleanout debris and metal.

When does the container get removed?

We do not remove the container until our customer calls for the container to be removed.  The container will be removed (provided it is accessible, clear, and properly loaded) within two business days.

Are there any items which cannot go in a roll-off container?

Any type of hazardous or special waste are prohibited from going into the container.  No paints, pesticides, oil, etc.

Are there any special charges for certain items?

Appliances, batteries, TV’s, computer monitors, box sprints, mattresses, propane tanks, and freon products are subject to an additional charge.

Can I throw concrete, dirt, and yard waste in the container?

Yard waste (leaves, brush, trees) must be in its own container to be recycled.  Small amounts of concrete and dirt (LESS THAN 3 yards) can be mixed with construction & debris.

More than 3 yards should be put in a separate container to be recycled – A concrete/brick/dirt can contain only these materials.  There can be absolutely no trash, wood, construction debris, or yard waste.  If it is contaminated it will be dumped as construction and additional overage and handling fees will apply.

What happens when the container is full and we still have more stuff?

Never overload the container!  You can either order another roll-off container or if you have a small amount of debris – you can arrange for our cleanout service to pick up, remove, and dispose of that debris for an additional fee.

What areas do you service?

Towns serviced

Do you have a fuel surcharge?

We do not have a fuel surcharge or a delivery fee.

Do you provide boards to put the container on?

We do not provide boards, however our drivers will be happy to put them on boards you have provided.  They should be at least 8 feet long for the back wheels and 4 feet long for the front.  They should also be at least 1 ½ inch thick.

When do we pay?

We require a credit card number up front prior to delivery, and you can pay by check, cash or credit card upon delivery.  Any additional charges are owed at removal.
